EVENT CANCELLED - It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the cancellation of this year’s Christmas Party in London, which was due to take place on the 16th December.
We know that this will come as an enormous disappointment, as we were all looking forward to celebrating this special time of year together once more. Sadly we have to cancel the event due to an outbreak of Covid-19. We are already working on a new date with the embassy next year, so stay tuned!
Meanwhile, we are longing for better times soon and wish everyone to stay healthy and safe, and to have a wonderful Christmas!

Join us for this wonderful evening of goodwill and cheer hosted by H.E. Ambassador Juan Carlos Gamarra at his residence to celebrate the festive season with our members for a lovely social night, filled with flair, Pisco sours and Peruvian canapés.
Our annual Christmas Party this year will collect funds for ‘Allin Q’pina’, a charity making a difference all around Peru. It’s name derives from a word in Quechua whose meaning translates "good backpack". It is a fantastic programme directed for children who do not have electricity either due to economic or geographical circumstances, such as rural areas where they do not have an electricity network. Their aim is to provide 5000 multimedia solar backpacks in order that no child stops studying due to lack of electricity.
Advanced tickets: £40 members / £45 members’ guest.
Dress code: Lounge suits.
As the party will take place at a private residence, numbers are limited so book early to avoid disappointment.
Links for the online payment via Paypal will be sent by email to all members who RSVP to events@angloperuviansociety.org by 29th November 2021, indicating their name and guest’s name, if applicable. If you are buying more than one member ticket, please indicate the names of all the members attending.
